Troy Basista serves as Assistant Branch Manager and Head of Field Operations at The Lake Doctors’ Sarasota office, bringing 30 years of experience with the company. He began his career in the field and advanced through progressive leadership roles, including Field Manager, before stepping into his current position. Throughout his tenure, he has earned respect for his strong work ethic, technical knowledge, and people-first approach.

In his leadership role, Troy oversees field operations and supports team development, serving as a key resource for both staff and customers. His extensive knowledge of The Lake Doctors’ products and services, combined with his clear and practical communication style, makes him a trusted point of contact in both field and office settings.

Troy is a proud father and grandfather, and he places strong value on family. He brings that same sense of responsibility and care to his work, with a focus on being a good steward of the waterways the company serves.
