Tom Publick serves as Branch Manager at The Lake Doctors Winter Springs branch, bringing more than 21 years of experience with the company. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he moved to Orlando at a young age and has spent much of his professional career in Florida’s aquatic management industry.

Tom joined The Lake Doctors after working as a substitute teacher following college and began his career with the company as an Aquatic Technician, a role he held for 11 years. He was promoted to Field Manager in 2016 and later advanced to Branch Manager in 2021. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed to team development and operational leadership.

Tom earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from St. Leo University, where he also played on the university baseball team. Outside of work, Tom has been married to his wife, Melissa, for 17 years, and they have two daughters, Taylor and Ashley. He enjoys supporting his daughters at travel volleyball and basketball events, and coaching recreational basketball and soccer.

In his free time, Tom enjoys playing poker, singing karaoke, and playing guitar. He is also an avid sports fan, following the Atlanta Braves, Florida Gators football, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
