Tim Miles serves as the Branch and Sales Manager for The Lake Doctors’ Tallahassee location, bringing more than three decades of experience in the wildlife industry. Before joining The Lake Doctors, Tim spent 32 years managing large properties with a focus on wildlife and pond management, developing a deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems and land stewardship.

Since joining The Lake Doctors five years ago, Tim has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the Tallahassee branch. As Branch and Sales Manager, he oversees all branch operations and sales efforts, while remaining actively involved in the field. His hands-on responsibilities include coordinating fish deliveries, providing pond treatments, conducting physical removals with the Weedoo, and ensuring ponds and fountains are maintained to the highest standards.

Tim holds an Aquatics License and is known for his practical, customer-first approach. He prioritizes clear, personable communication, often preferring phone calls and face-to-face interactions to build lasting relationships with clients. His philosophy centers on treating others with respect, making customers’ lives easier, and delivering the level of service he would expect himself.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys fishing, training hunting dogs, and spending time with his family. He is a proud father of three children and grandfather to two, and values the time he spends connecting with them.
