Tim Callaghan, Branch Manager for the Clearwater office, brings more than 25 years of experience with The Lake Doctors, Inc., where he has built a long-standing career in aquatic management and branch leadership. He began with the company in 2000 as an Aquatic Technician and advanced through the organization to become one of its most successful Branch Managers.

Before his career with The Lake Doctors, Tim worked in construction and commercial pest control, providing him with a strong foundation in field operations and service-based industries. He holds an associate’s degree and has maintained his Commercial Aquatic Applicator’s License for 25 years. In recognition of his leadership and performance, he was named The Lake Doctors Branch Manager of the Year in 2024.

A Florida native, Tim values time spent with family and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
