A Florida native, Terry Peeler serves as a Sales Manager at The Lake Doctors’ Sarasota branch, bringing nearly two decades of experience with the company and a lifelong passion for the outdoors. He joined The Lake Doctors in 2006 after a successful 20-year career with Publix, where he advanced from selector to forklift operator and ultimately to a management role. Seeking a more hands-on, outdoor career, Terry found the perfect fit in aquatic management.

Terry began his career with The Lake Doctors as an Aquatic Technician, spending 16 years developing extensive expertise in Florida’s waterways, plant life, and wildlife before transitioning into his current role in sales. His deep field experience allows him to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients while also mentoring technicians and promoting best practices in environmental stewardship.

He is committed to educating customers and supporting his team, taking pride in helping preserve and protect Florida’s natural resources for future generations.

Outside of work, Terry has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 30 years and is a proud father. He enjoys boating, hunting, and fishing, and has maintained a long-standing tradition of fishing trips to Blue Cypress Lake with family. Terry values the family-oriented culture of The Lake Doctors and remains dedicated to both his work and the time he spends with loved ones.
