A fourth-generation Floridian, Robin Kastor brings more than 32 years of experience to The Lake Doctors, building a career grounded in hard work, water stewardship, and a deep respect for the state’s natural resources. As the Branch Manager of The Lake Doctors’ Sarasota branch, he is committed to leading by example and upholding the values that have guided both his personal and professional life.

Robin comes from a family with a long history in cattle ranching and land management, a tradition that continues today. In addition to his work with The Lake Doctors, he operates his own cow-calf operation, while his son carries on the family legacy as a cattle manager at one of the largest ranches in the region.

His work in aquatic management reflects that same dedication to environmental care, allowing him to contribute to the health and sustainability of Florida’s waterways.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys team roping, golfing, and competing on a traveling softball tournament team. He is a devoted husband, father of two, and proud grandfather of five, and values time spent with his family.
