Rick Glover serves as Assistant Branch Manager at The Lake Doctors’ Clearwater branch, bringing extensive field experience in aquatic and environmental services. He joined the company in 2015 as an Aquatic Technician and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2023.

Rick began his career working in restaurants and landscaping while still in school, later transitioning into environmental contracting in 2000 with a wetland services company. In that role, he supported a wide range of projects, including aquatic and upland plantings, herbicide applications, tree removal, tortoise relocation and surveying, and erosion control installations. He has held a Commercial Aquatic Applicator’s License since 2006.

Raised in Central Florida, Rick developed a strong connection to the outdoors early in life. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, camping, and traveling. He is a proud father of two teenagers and values time spent with his family.
