Richard Collier is the Fountain Manager at The Lake Doctors’ Navarre branch, where he oversees fountain operations and supports the maintenance and performance of aquatic fountain systems across multiple sites. He brings a strong technical background, hands-on experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship in every aspect of his role.

Before joining The Lake Doctors, Richard served honorably in the United States Army for seven years (2008–2015). Following his military service, he pursued HVAC training and gained experience across various skilled trades, including HVAC systems and chimney services, building a strong foundation in mechanical and technical work.

Richard joined The Lake Doctors in 2020 as an Aquatic Technician and quickly advanced within the company. In 2021, he transitioned into the Fountain Department as a Fountain Technician, where his technical expertise and problem-solving skills were a strong fit. In 2024, he was promoted to Fountain Manager, where he now leads fountain operations and supports his team in delivering reliable service and maintenance.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time outdoors, often taking his Jeep out on off-road trails. He is also passionate about cooking and enjoys experimenting with homemade meals and desserts. Richard is married to his wife, Breanna, and has a son named Silas. They share their home with their three dogs, Ares, Koda, and Luna.
