Rachel Bond serves as an Administrative Assistant for The Lake Doctors’ Jacksonville branch, where she has been a valued member of the team for the past two years. In her role, she is recognized for her reliability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, earning her the title of “Admin Assistant of the Year” for 2025.

Rachel plays an important part in supporting daily administrative operations and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through walking and Pilates, as well as reading and gardening. She values a balanced lifestyle and spending quality time with her family. Rachel has been married for 39 years and is the proud mother of three adult children. 

Looking ahead, Rachel hopes to travel more and explore new places and experiences.
