Phil Owen serves as Branch Manager of The Lake Doctors’ Dania Beach office. He joined the company in June 2021 as an Aquatic Technician and has since advanced into his current leadership role, contributing to the continued growth and development of the branch.

Before joining The Lake Doctors, Phil built his career in the aquarium industry, specializing in the maintenance and installation of saltwater and freshwater systems, as well as the care and sale of live fish, invertebrates, and corals. Beginning at an early age, he developed extensive hands-on experience in aquatic systems that directly translates to his work in lake and pond management today.

Since joining The Lake Doctors, Phil has helped support the expansion of the Dania Beach branch from a small team into a larger, established operation. In his role as Branch Manager, he focuses on team development, operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys inshore saltwater fishing, particularly in the southern region of Everglades National Park, as well as exploring Florida’s natural coastal environments. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Merle. Phil spent part of his early childhood living in West Africa while his father was on assignment.
