Nicholas Grady, Sales Manager for the Clearwater branch, is a dedicated team member at The Lake Doctors with nine years of experience in aquatic management. Born and raised in Canton, Ohio, he relocated to Clearwater, Florida, with his family 10 years ago and began his career with The Lake Doctors at the age of 22, entering the industry with no prior field experience.

Through strong training and mentorship, Nicholas developed a well-rounded skill set in aquatic services and has grown professionally within the organization. His time in the field has provided extensive hands-on experience in lake and pond management across a variety of conditions.

Nicholas values the opportunities for growth and development he has experienced throughout his career and takes pride in contributing to the health and maintenance of local waterways while supporting his family.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, as well as staying active through basketball and fitness activities.
