Nathan Wells serves as the Fountain Manager for the Fort Myers Branch of The Lake Doctors, where he has been a valued team member for the past three years. He began his career with the company with no prior experience in fountain or electrical work, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to learning as he progressed through comprehensive in-house and manufacturer training programs.

Today, Nathan is highly skilled in diagnosing, rebuilding, and installing fountain and aeration systems, playing a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to clients throughout the region. Before joining The Lake Doctors, he worked as a delivery driver for Budweiser, where he developed the discipline and customer service skills that continue to support his success.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys fishing and hunting and is actively involved in his community as a girls’ recreational softball coach for Miss Charlotte Fast Pitch. He is a dedicated family man, married with two daughters.
