Mike Smith serves as Branch Manager of The Lake Doctors’ Navarre branch, bringing more than 20 years of experience with the company and a strong background in field operations and leadership. He joined The Lake Doctors in May 2004 as an Aquatic Technician and has since advanced through multiple roles, including Field Manager and his current position as Branch Manager, which he has held since 2021.

Before joining the company, Mike worked in metal roofing, installing systems on residential homes, high-rise condominiums, and hotels. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of West Florida.

Throughout his tenure with The Lake Doctors, Mike has contributed to both fountain installation and service operations, as well as aquatic management routes and field support during the early development of the Navarre area operations.

Mike is actively involved in his community and enjoys coaching youth sports, including his daughter’s softball team and his son’s tee-ball team. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Julie, since April 2014, and they have two children, Lyla and Cooper.
