Matthew Lewis is the Assistant Field Manager for The Lake Doctors, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on field experience to the team. Matthew began his career working in lawn and pest control at the age of 17, where he spent 10 years building a strong foundation in environmental services and customer care.

In 2017, Matthew joined The Lake Doctors as an Aquatic Technician. Through dedication, technical skill, and leadership, he quickly advanced to Team Leader and later to Assistant Field Manager. His career progression reflects his commitment to excellence, his deep industry knowledge, and his ability to lead by example.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys inshore tournament fishing and spending time with his family. He is married to his wife Lauren, and together they have one daughter and two dogs. A fun fact about Matthew is that he began competing in fishing tournaments at just five years old, a passion that continues to shape his life today.
