Kristine Pomper joined The Lake Doctors Dania Beach team in October 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer service, education, and team leadership. Prior to joining the company, she began her career at Publix in customer service before dedicating 25 years to the childcare field, where she followed her passion for education and child development.

Much of Kristine’s career was spent as a teacher, incorporating her love of nature into hands-on science learning experiences. She later served 15 years as a preschool director, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Kristine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

Throughout her time with The Lake Doctors, Kristine has expanded her knowledge of South Florida waterways and the environmental services that support their health and appearance. She is committed to continuous learning and delivering excellent customer service.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys spending time outdoors, including camping, fishing, kayaking, and gardening, and values any opportunity to connect with nature.
