Eric Williams, Field Manager with The Lake Doctors, brings over a decade of experience in aquatic management and field operations. He began his career with the company in 2015 as an Aquatic Technician, gaining hands-on experience in the field. During his time with the organization, Eric also served in a sales role before returning to field operations, where his dedication and leadership earned him multiple promotions, leading to his current position as Field Manager.

Before joining The Lake Doctors, Eric spent 10 years working in home renovations alongside his brother, Troy, where he developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, craftsmanship, and project management.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville, which has supported his growth as an effective leader. He is known for his strong work ethic, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of his professional life, Eric has been married for 20 years to his beautiful wife Amyee and is a proud father of four. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and playing golf, both of which are an important part of his life.
