Britt Lawson serves as the Sarasota Fountain Manager for The Lake Doctors’ Sarasota branch, bringing a strong engineering background and extensive technical expertise in fountain and aeration systems.

He joined The Lake Doctors in July 2021 as a Fountain Technician and, through consistent performance and technical proficiency, was promoted to Fountain Manager in January 2026. In this role, he oversees fountain and aeration installations, maintenance, and system performance, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability throughout the Sarasota region.

Before joining The Lake Doctors, Britt worked with Vertex Water Features, where he further developed specialized skills in the fountain and aeration industry. Earlier in his career, he worked for a commercial roofing firm, producing detailed technical drawings for engineers. This experience helped shape his precision-focused, detail-oriented approach to field operations.

Britt studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Central Florida, and he applies that engineering foundation to his work in aquatic systems. He also holds advanced certifications with leading fountain and aeration manufacturers, including AquaMaster, Airmax, Kasco, Aqua Control, and Vertex.

Outside of work, Britt enjoys fishing, camping, and long-distance adventure motorcycle riding. He also spends time working on trucks, UTVs, and ATVs, combining his mechanical interests with his passion for the outdoors.
