Bill Tomlinson serves as Vice President of Operations at The Lake Doctors, bringing decades of leadership, discipline, and field expertise to the organization. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Bill dedicated 22 years to military service, where he developed the strong leadership foundation and operational skills that continue to define his professional career.

Since joining The Lake Doctors in 2002 as an Aquatic Applicator, Bill has steadily advanced through the company, earning a reputation for his hands-on knowledge, commitment to excellence, and ability to lead teams effectively. Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational success.

Outside of his professional life, Bill values time with his family above all else. He especially enjoys creating lasting memories with his grandchildren, who are a central part of his life.
