Andreea Vineyard serves as Vice President of Human Resources for The Lake Doctors, Inc. Originally from Romania, she came to the United States during the height of Communism and spent much of her early adulthood in Los Angeles, California, and Modena, Italy.

After several years working across both corporate and nonprofit sectors, she relocated to Florida. In Jacksonville, she became actively involved with local arts organizations, including the Jacksonville Symphony and First Coast Opera. Her passion for the human side of human resources led her to join The Lake Doctors during a period of significant growth and transformation—an opportunity she embraced with enthusiasm.

Andreea is honored to serve and support numerous non-profits, holds a motorcycle license and an ASA Cruising certification, and is currently working toward completing her Silver program in ballroom dancing. In her free time, Andreea enjoys gardening, boating with her husband, Philip, and relaxing at home with their two Shih Tzus.
