Natalie Rodriguez serves as an Administrative Assistant at The Lake Doctors’ Fort Myers branch, bringing a strong background in organization, communication, and office support to the team. Before joining The Lake Doctors, Natalie worked as a Legal Secretary, where she developed valuable administrative and professional skills that she now applies to her role at TLD.

Since joining The Lake Doctors, Natalie has quickly immersed herself in the world of aquatic management. When she first started, fountain and water management terminology was completely new to her. Today, she has developed a strong understanding of the industry and continues to expand her knowledge every day.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys dancing and cooking. She especially loves choreographing dances, giving her a creative outlet and a chance to put her passion for dance into action.
